Lord of War Gel Blasters Cairns - No Bull 30-Day Warranty Policy

We offer a ‘no bull’ 30-Day warrant policy because our customers are important to us. We’re happy to provide a 30-day warranty policy for most gear purchased in-store at Lord of War Gel Blasters Cairns or online. Delivery charges do apply and are non-refundable. You must contact us within 30-days of purchases and Items must be returned to store within 40 days to qualify. (Excluding perishable items)

Frequently Asked Questions About warranty Returns

  1. I would like to return an item, how do I send it back?

Just pack the items that you would like to be returned securely and place them in a post bag. Make sure you use registered post in order to track delivery as we are not liable for anything which goes missing during transit. In the package please include the following:

  • A detailed note as to the reasons of the return
  • A copy of the receipt
  • All accessories that were included with the item

  1. How long will it take before I receive a response about my Warranty?

You will be contacted with a resolution within 48hr upon your item being received back into the store.

 

  1. Will I get a new one or will it be repaired?

If an item is deemed to be faulty or flawed by a Lord of War Technician and cannot be repaired within a reasonable time frame, the customer may exchange the item for either another item or in-store credit of the same value as the original purchase. 

  

  1. How long will it take for a Warranty item to be swapped/Repaired and returned to me?

We suggest you allow approximately two weeks for a replacement item to be sent out to you. Whilst ordinarily the replacement will arrive much quicker, we suggest two weeks so that you avoid disappointment.

 

  1. I Have a faulty battery is it covered under warranty?

Yes, unless it is from miss handling or swelling which is caused by excessive discharge or overcharging.

 

 

  1. Can I exchange my item as I have changed my mind?

 

 No, please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind

 

Please rest assure here at Lord of War we pride our self on customer service and in saying that we give your warranty items high priority, we will have it sorted ASAP. Our 48hr resolution period is the maximum you will have to wait, with exception to custom builds.
